Good tying makes no use of rope and knot,
And yet nobody can untie it.

The actions of tying and knotting mean to hold two disparate objects together by force. In essence, a situation contrary to the nature of objects is created. Objects that are inherently interconnected and need to coexist do not need external coercion.

It is not easy to keep people together by external pressure, by imposing rules and prohibitions.
