Emotions like passion, worry, anger, joy are all things that one’s heart should regulate and finally stop all the desires that are taking control of the heart-mind.

Meditation is not the solution but the tool to scatter these emotions and the desires, as ice melts under the sun. Meditation is the practice of being desireless.

Meditation is to have no expectations, just sitting or standing or walking or even lying doing nothing being with self. As Laozi in the first chapter of Dao De Jing says:

Ever desireless one can see the mystery,
Ever desiring one sees only the manifestations
And the mystery itself is the doorway to all understanding.
