We think we know how to walk. At least by now, we probably think we have mastered how to stand on our feet and walk our path in our life. If that is so, then by walking, we should also be capable of dissolving the obstacles on our path that are causing dis-ease.

Mastery is only possible through practice and, sometimes, untying the knot; unlearning what has been learned.

A journey of thousand miles starts with the first step.
